

The flexor muscles of the arm originate at the inside fold of the elbow, travel down the arm and merge into the nine flexor tendons.
The tendons pass through the carpal tunnel, and insert into the palm and fingertips.
When the flexor muscles are tight they put strain at the wrist and cause pain.
Tight flexor muscles and tendons entrap the median nerve in the carpal tunnel.
